• Cancellations are only acceptable, if the items hasn't been shipped.
• Exchange/Return option available for 30 days after the delivery.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• If you would like to make a return, just contact me within 30 days of receiving your package. Then, you must just ship your package back to me at your expense.

vsmint has the right to deny a return if the items returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged.

If it is not marked as a return, possible customs fees, any International import fees, surcharges or taxes will be charged to us and therefor will be deducted for the refund. The return shipping fees are not refundable.
